Las Uvas de la Suerte Lucky grapes! At New Year in Spain the Spanish eat a grape on each strike of midnight. If they manage to eat all 12 they will have good luck that coming year. Year 8 Spanish thought they'd try too! See the videos above......

I have watched your attempts to eat the grapes. How funny is that?
When I started watching I thought it looked so easy and then I realised how difficult it was. It just proves, doesn't it, that we should never comment until we have tried something. Perhaps I will try it with my family this week.
